Trial set for Red Deer man charged in alleged erratic driving incidents
A trial date has been set for a Red Deer man charged in a series of erratic driving complaints throughout the city last month.
Kyle Macleod, 26, is scheduled for trial in Red Deer provincial court on Nov. 30, 2022.
Macleod is charged with 11 offenses in regards to the Aug, 23, 2022 incident, including the following:
- Possession of Stolen Property – over $5000
- Possession of Controlled Substance x2
- Fail to Comply with Release Order Conditions x2
- Unauthorized Carry Concealed Weapon
- Knowingly Possess a Prohibited Weapon x2
- Obstruct/ Resist a Peace Officer
