Traffic disruptions anticipated near south Red Deer entrance sign

Motorists and pedestrians are advised of traffic disruptions on the south access ramp into Red Deer from the QE2 as crews set up to complete warranty work on the Red Deer Entrance Sign between Monday, September 12 and Friday, September 30.

City officials say signs will be in place to notify motorists of the lane closures. Drivers are reminded to slow down and obey all signs when driving in construction zones. Pedestrians are reminded to cross only at designated crosswalks.
