Traffic disruptions extended at Ross Street and 30 Avenue

Local motorists and pedestrians are advised of traffic disruptions at the intersection of Ross (50) Street at 30 Avenue for paving.

The intersection was expected to reopen today (Aug. 24), but City officials say the closure has been extended to 7:00 a.m. tomorrow (Thursday) morning (Aug. 25).

Motorists are advised to plan an alternate route, if possible. Signs are in place to notify motorists of the intersection closure, and a flag person is present to direct traffic. Drivers are reminded to slow down and obey all signs when driving in construction zones.

Pedestrians are reminded to cross only at designated crosswalks.
