Pioneer Days coming soon at Sunnybrook Farm Museum
The antique tractors are all fired up for Red Deer’s annual Pioneer Days Festival and antique tractor pull competition, including two days of fun filled, family entertainment in the heart of the city at Sunnybrook Farm Museum.
Featured activities on August 20 and 21 include a pancake breakfast, silent auction, tractor parade, antique and collector car show. Also featured are our very own live farm animal exhibition, pioneer homesteading, threshing and field demonstrations, cowboy church service (Sunday at 10:30 a.m.), home-made cookie walk, food concession, live musical entertainment, face painting, bouncy castle, barrel train rides, and children’s activities.
Admission is $5 per person or $15 per family. Additional food charges apply. Sunnybrook Farm is located at 2879 Botterill Crescent. Parking is available at the Academy of Learning parking lot immediately West of Sunnybrook Farm.
