Red Deer drivers are advised of an upcoming road closure on 77 Street west bound from the top of the hill to 50 Avenue as crews work on water and sewer infrastructure.

Starting at 7:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 2, until 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 3, the west bound lanes will be closed, and west bound traffic will be detoured through Riverside Drive and 67 Street.

Drivers should expect delays, slow down when driving in construction zones, and obey all signs. Pedestrians are reminded to cross only at designated crosswalks.
