Collicutt Centre wave pool set to reopen Saturday, July 2

The City of Red Deer has announced the wave pool at the Collicutt Centre will reopen this Saturday after a brief closure due to electrical issues.

With the exception of the Lazy River, City officials say all other water park amenities will be operational as of July 2, 2022. This includes the steam room, hot tubs, interactive pool and tot pool as well as the wave pool itself.

The Collicutt Centre water park will reopen to regular hours from 10:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.

Over the long weekend, Red Deerians are being reminded to check holiday hours and drop-in schedules at The City’s aquatics facilities to ensure their desired amenity is ready.
