Retail space available for lease at Collicutt Centre

The City of Red Deer has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) to lease available retail space in the Collicutt Centre.

The Collicutt Centre, located at 3021-30 Avenue, is a 250,000 square foot leisure and wellness centre that features a water park, fitness studio, running track, rock climbing and bouldering amenities, field house, soccer pavilion, NHL-sized arena and meeting spaces.

The available retail space is approximately 600 square feet and located near the facility’s main entrance, across the hall from the reception area. The space receives the benefit of accessible parking, general facility security and alarm coverage, digital connectivity, access to the facility’s loading dock and waste disposal, and non-exclusive access to the facility’s common area.
