Grande’s pro MMA debut ruled a ‘majority draw’

Jett Grande’s first professional MMA bout ended somewhat anti-climactically.

Making his debut in XFC on Friday night versus the also-premiering American Damon Morosko, Grande (15-1 as an amateur) fought his opponent to a majority draw.

The Red Deerian now holds a pro mixed martial arts record of 0-0-1

Grande’s team reports that in a post-fight interview, the 23-year-old said, “I didn’t feel like I was about to get knocked out at any moment, but he was definitely doing some damage, so props to him.”
