Red Deer down to 848 active COVID cases
Red Deer’s active COVID-19 case count is down for a second day in a row.
Monday’s numbers from the province show the city with 848 active cases (797 per 100,000), down from 874 on Sunday and Saturday’s record of 911.
Recoveries are up 42 to 4,107 as the total number of COVID-19 cases in Red Deer during pandemic rose 39 over the past 24 hours to 4,993.
Red Deer’s death toll stemming from COVID-19 remains unchanged at 38.
