Stettler RCMP looking for driver involved in hit and run collision

Mounties in Stettler are hoping someone can help them identify the suspect involved in a hit and run last month.

RCMP are seeking to identify the driver of a black Dodge Ram which struck a green Chevrolet truck on Feb. 27 in Stettler.

It happened at 2:12 p.m., when police received a 911 call that a black truck driven by a male struck a truck in the intersection of Highway 12 and 67 Street. The Dodge left the collision scene and was last seen driving towards the Ramada Hotel, with considerable damage done to the Chevrolet.

RCMP have yet to locate the suspect vehicle and say the evidence on scene indicates that it’s believed to be a 2009-2012 Dodge Ram.
