Dr. Hinshaw shares COVID-19 update for Oct. 13

Alberta’s chief medical officer of health is set to provide her latest update on the COVID-19 situation in the province.

Dr. Deena Hinshaw will speak during a news conference scheduled for 3:30 p.m. You can watch the news conference below once it begins.

Heading into the Thanksgiving long weekend Alberta had 2,225 active cases of COVID-19, including 50 in the Central zone.

Red Deer had 10 active cases as of Friday.
