Kenney discusses Keystone XL pipeline agreement

Alberta Premier Jason Kenney will discuss the agreement between government and TC Energy to kick-start construction on the Keystone XL pipeline.

Kenney is to speak at a media conference scheduled for 2 p.m. in Calgary.
