Facilities Closed

Lacombe City Hall closed for the rest of this week

Mar 18, 2020 | 8:29 AM

All City of Lacombe facilities, including City Hall, are now closed to the public for the rest of this week.

The move follows the Alberta Government’s declaration on Tuesday, of a state of public health emergency under the Public Health Act.

Officials say residents are encouraged to access City services in other ways.

Taxes and utility bills can be paid online, and permits can be processed electronically, while staff can be contacted by phone to make appointments for in-person visits.

If you have a City of Lacombe online utility account, you may login and make a payment with your credit card over the phone, through online banking, by mailing a cheque, or dropping a cheque in a sealed envelope through the mail slot at City Hall. You’re asked to label envelopes clearly with the account holder’s name, address and account number.

Tax payments can also be made through online banking, by mailing a cheque, or dropping a cheque in a sealed envelope through the mail slot at City Hall, with envelopes clearly labeled with the home owner’s name, address and roll number.

If you are moving, you can forward your cancellation and service agreement forms via fax or email. To access the necessary forms, please visit http://lacombe.ca/living/utility-service-centre.

If you require information or forms regarding utilities, taxes, business licenses or other City services, please email:
