Police seize drugs and stolen property at Lacombe residence

Lacombe Police Service (LPS) is reminding members of the public to be careful when purchasing property online.

This after LPS conducted a search warrant at a residence on 58 Street in Lacombe, following reports of stolen property being sold on a social media Buy and Sell site from the residence.

Police say their search located the stolen property, along with a small quantity of methamphetamine and fentanyl.

Brent Hladun, 36, of Lacombe, was charged with possession of stolen property obtained by crime under $5,000.

Hladun has been released on an Appearance Notice and is scheduled to attend Red Deer Provincial Court on Apr. 17.

LPS thanks the public for their assistance in reporting the activity at the residence.
