Red Deer Lights the Night, Saturday, Nov. 16

Oct 30, 2019 | 9:12 AM

RED DEER- Red Deerians are invited to come downtown to celebrate the holiday season and see the annual light up of City Hall Park at Red Deer Lights the Night, Saturday, November 16.

Guests can enjoy live entertainment by local musicians Jamie Woodfin and the Red Deer Royals Marching Show Band, cozy up in the State & Main Warming Tent and shop the Winter Market.

There will be plenty of activities for the kids and, of course, a visit from Santa.

Presented by Stantec and hosted by The City of Red Deer and the Red Deer Downtown Business Association, it’s free to attend, family friendly, and all are welcome.

“We’re proud to partner with Stantec and the Downtown Business Association to deliver one of our community’s favourite holiday events,” said Tara O’Donnell, Culture Superintendent. “It’s wonderful to see everyone come together downtown to enjoy this special occasion each year.”
