Maskwacis RCMP seek public assistance to locate wanted man

MASKWACIS- An arrest warrant has been issued for 45-year-old Richard Jason Deschamps in relation to an aggravated assault on the Samson First Nation on October 9.

RCMP are investigating following the assault of a 58-year-old man inside a residence.

As a result, Deschamps has been charged with aggravated assault and uttering threats.

A warrant has been issued for his arrest.

Deschamps is not believed to be a risk to the general public and is described as:
