Thorsby RCMP seek information on playground graffiti incident

RCMP are seeking information regarding an incident of vandalism at the Thorsby Elementary School playground on May 30.

Sometime through the evening, Mounties says a sharpie marker was used to write offensive material, including graphics, on the playground equipment. The equipment was cleaned after being reported to the police.

Police say two individuals were captured on camera walking away from the playground that night and RCMP would like to identify and speak to these individuals.

The first suspect is described as male, heavy set and last seen wearing an orange shirt, camo shorts, black “skater” shoes with a white outsole, a black baseball hat with unk logo and carrying a black bag.

The second suspect is described as a Caucasian female last seen wearing a green plaid shirt with the sleeves rolled up, dark, tight blue jeans, black leather shoes with heels and a white fanny pack around her waist.
