A preliminary hearing for a Red Deer man arrested following a carfentanil bust in our city last year has been delayed.
Kim Proctor, 38, was one of four people arrested after Red Deer RCMP and ALERT raided a drug trafficking operation on March 8, 2017 following a three-month investigation.
Police seized firearms, meth, fentanyl powder, cocaine, ketamine, and a substance later confirmed to be carfentanil.
Proctor has pleaded not guilty to three counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking, two counts of possession of a controlled substance, two counts of unauthorized possession of a firearm, two counts of possession of a weapon obtained by crime and possession of property obtained by crime.
