Man accused of killing mother faces preliminary hearing

A preliminary hearing has been ordered for a Central Alberta man accused of killing his mother.
Scott Ermineskin, 25, was charged with manslaughter and indignity to human remains following a lengthy police investigation into the death of Sharon Ermineskin.
She was found dead in her home on the Ermineskin First Nation on July 3, 2015.
Following an appearance in Wetaskiwin court on March 5, a preliminary hearing for Scott Ermineskin was scheduled for June 19-20.
