Budget 2019 Open House

The City of Red Deer held its annual Budget Open House Wednesday at Festival Hall.

Recently adopted budget guidelines for 2019 mandate a maximum 2.5 per cent property tax increase (including a one per cent capital contribution), as well as a maximum 2.25 per cent increase to utilities.
