Four-vehicle crash north of Sylvan sends two to hospital
Two people were taken to hospital with minor injuries after a four-vehicle crash north of Sylvan Lake Saturday afternoon.
RCMP say it happened on Highway 20 near Aspelund Road around 4:30 p.m. when a southbound car struck two other southbound vehicles in a domino-effect crash, resulting in one of the southbound vehicles striking a northbound car.
Mounties say the lone female occupant of the southbound car was taken to hospital with minor injuries, while the lone female occupant of a southbound SUV was also taken to hospital with minor injuries.
A man and woman inside the northbound car were not hurt, while a man and woman inside a southbound truck were not hurt either.
