Red Deer RCMP looking to identifying stabbing suspect

RCMP are hoping you can help them identify a man accused of stabbing another man in the hand at a Red Deer fast food restaurant October 4.

Mounties say the victim confronted the suspect about suspicious behavior in the restaurant washroom, with the suspect then reportedly swinging a knife at the victim, cutting the victim on the hand.

Police say the victim was treated at hospital for a non-serious injury and released.

The suspect is described as Caucasian and last seen carrying a black backpack.
