July a slow month for Red Deer home builders

RED DEER- CMHC is out with July housing starts in Red Deer.

There were 7 starts on single family/multiple unit homes last month.

There were 14 in July of 2017.

So far this year there have been 91 housing starts in Red Deer.

There were 139 at this time a year ago.
