RCMP puppies get their names

INNISFAIL- The first litter of German shepherd puppies to be born this year at the R-C-M-P’s dog training centre near Innisfail now have names.

The Mounties say they received close to 21-thousand entries in their annual contest to name the 13 puppies.

All the names this year had to start with the letter K.

The winning names are Koda, Kai, Kullu, Kage, Kammo, Kato, Kayla, Kazoo, Kate, Kaos, Kaya, Knight and Karma.
