Public Interest Alberta to hold Together No Town Hall on Friday

Sep 17, 2026 | 3:54 PM

Public Interest Alberta is set to hold the Together No Town Hall on Friday evening in Red Deer.

They invite members of the public to register for the event on Sept. 18, which will take place at the Gaetz United Church at 6:30 p.m.

“We are looking forward to bringing folks together to connect, share important updates, and hear directly from you. Whether you’re a long-time member or this is your very first event with us, we’d love to have you in the room,” they wrote in a media release.

“Come ready to learn all about our current campaign, find out how you can get involved, share your questions and thoughts, and, most importantly, just have some fun together! Feel free to bring a friend, a neighbour, or anyone else who cares about our community.”

Public Interest Alberta’s campaign revolves around the upcoming referendum vote on Oct. 19 in Alberta.

That day, one of the 10 questions will ask Albertans to vote on whether they want the province to remain a part of Canada or to send the question on separation to a vote. Public Interest Alberta’s campaign urges people to vote against sending the question to a vote and wants Alberta to remain a part of Canada.

Those interested in attending can RSVP on albertareferendum2026.org.
