Missing: Virgil Roy Fransen, 40, of Rocky Mountain House

Rocky Mountain House RCMP are asking for the public’s help in locating missing 40-year-old Virgil Roy Fransen.

Police say he was last seen on Nov. 14, 2025, in the Ferrier area near Rocky Mountain House. There is a concern for his well-being.

He is described as five feet eight inches tall and 139 pounds with brown hair, brown eyes, and a fair complexion.

Police believe he could be driving a blue Ford F150 pickup with a Saskatchewan license plate 119 NAP.
