Lacombe Police Service Annual Charity Checkstop

The Lacombe Police Service (LPS) will be hosting its annual Charity Checkstop on Nov. 29, 2025, between 12:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.
Members of the Lacombe Police Service and Lacombe Fire Department will be set up on 50 Avenue between 52 Street and 53 Street.
LPS says all proceeds from the event go toward supporting the Lacombe and District Big Brothers and Big Sisters and the Lacombe and District Mothers Against Drunk Drivers (MADD) Chapter.
LPS says it will also be accepting donations for the Lacombe Food bank and new toy donations for Santa’s Anonymous.
