Red Deer man arrested for indecent act outside Bower Shopping Centre

The Red Deer RCMP have charged a 64-year-old man after he allegedly committed an indecent act in public near Bower Shopping Centre.

The alleged incident took place on Thursday, July 17 at approximately 2:49 p.m. when police received reports that a nude man was touching himself in a sexual manner in the view of children.

Officers attended the public green space and arrested Red Deer resident Randy Saal, who has been charged with exposure of genital organs to person(s) under 16.

Police say they will send an updated release after a Judicial interim Release Hearing has been completed.
