BILD Central Alberta announces winners of 2025 home builder awards

BILD Central Alberta has announced the winners of its 2025 Awards of Excellence, which recognize the best in home building.

Around 440 people attended the 42nd annual awards, May 10 in Red Deer.

“This year is all about raising the bar,” said Chris Windrim, executive director of BILDCA. “We’re celebrating more than just great homes; we’re recognizing the businesses and individuals who shape the future of residential development in Central Alberta. From designers and tradespeople to builders and renovators, these awards reflect the creativity, resilience, and excellence within our industry.”

More than 135 entries were received across 26 categories.
