Baby Bottle Campaign raising funds for Central Alberta Pregnancy Care Centre

The Central Alberta Pregnancy Care Centre (CAPCC) is ramping up their annual Baby Bottle Campaign once again and is looking for community support.

The campaign runs from Mother’s Day to Father’s Day (June 15), during which time the community is encouraged to donate in $30 increments, or one “bottle” at a time and see how many you can fill.

The CAPCC provides education and support to people before, during and after pregnancy. Its services are free, confidential and open to anyone.

These services include pregnancy options support, male mentorship, baby and maternity clothing, post-abortion support, support for past abuse or trauma, parenting programs, education on healthy relationships and referrals to other community resources.

The organization also operates The Aerie, a two-phase maternity home program for pregnant people, mothers and babies. This space offers a safe environment to 11 women at a time. While there, they’re taught life, relationship and parenting skills.
