Paid parking begins May 15 in Sylvan Lake

Paid parking for the Town of Sylvan Lake will go into effect on May 15.

This year, the paid parking zones along the east and west areas of 50 Avenue have been extended.

Residents are reminded to register for free parking as it goes into effect.

If you have registered before, the existing registration is still valid, however, if you’ve changed your plates you will need to update your information.

If you have never registered before, the town recommends doing so early to allow time for the permit approval. Residents can add up to four vehicles and must have proof of residency ready to register.
