First Thursday Concert – March 6

Friends of the Red Deer Public Library –– The Friends of the Red Deer Public Library (Downtown Branch) are pleased to present Trio Brio (Cheryl Cooney, piano, Joyce Howdle, clarinet, Val Sherman, flute), who will be joined by members of the Central Alberta Chamber Orchestra.

The program will consist of works by Fauré, Cooney and Martinū. The concert will be held on Thursday, March 6, 2025 from 12:15-1 p.m.. in the Snell Auditorium of the Red Deer Public Library. Admission is free.

Future Community Concerts

Pianist Emilio De Mercato will present a concert at Gaetz United Church on Sunday, March 9 at 3:00 p.m. Tickets at the door are $20.

Central Alberta Chamber Orchestra – Courage and Hope, Red Deer: March 14, 7:00 p.m. (Pre-concert lecture at 6:30 p.m.) – Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd
