Public washroom vandalized in Sylvan Lake now closed

The Town of Sylvan Lake says they’re closing down washroom No. 1 located along Lakeshore Drive for the forseeable future after extensive vandalism.

There is no timetable for it to reopen and staff have begun the process of cleaning it up. Repairs will also begin soon.
