Red Deer’s Daneault AJHL’s top rookie for second straight week

A Red Deer product had yet another stellar week in the Alberta Junior Hockey League.

Easton Daneault, a forward with the Drumheller Dragons, was announced on Dec. 27 as the league’s Rookie of the Week.

This marks the second consecutive week he’s earned that title.

Daneault, 16, recorded 10 points over four consecutive games prior to the holiday break.
