Canadian Junior Boys Championship concludes in Innisfail

The 2024 Canadian Junior Boys Championship has wrapped up at Innisfail Golf Club.

Local competitors Sean Kelly of Innisfail (+20) and Michael Song of Red Deer (+20) both unfortunately missed the cut after two rounds.

The eventual winner was Isaiah Ibit of Orleans, ON who fired a 6-under on the final day to finish -16 for the tournament.

In second place was Calgary’s Charlie Gillespie at -11, who started the day three back of Ibit.

Spencer Shropshire of Ramara, ON began round four with a two-stroke lead after firing 66 (-6) in the first two rounds, but shot +3 on the last day.
