Sylvan Lake resident wins $100,000 from scratch-and-win ticket

Kristina Loeppky, a Sylvan Lake resident, is new to buying scratch tickets and had some beginner’s luck when she won $100,000 from a SET FOR LIFE scratch and win ticket.

“I scratched it when I got home and saw the win. We went right back to the store to check if it was true!” She said, “I was in disbelief! I had to talk to the manager to confirm! It just feels amazing.”

After paying some bills and putting some in savings, Loeppky hopes to purchase a new SUV.

Loeppky purchased her $5 SET FOR LIFE ticket from Canco at 1-117 Lakeway Boulevard in Sylvan Lake.
