Red Deer Emergency Services conducting water rescue training in June

City of Red Deer PSA — Red Deer Emergency Services (RDES) crews will be conducting water rescue training throughout the month of June. Training will be conducted on the Red Deer River near Bower Ponds as well as on the Bower Pond.

Signage will be placed to indicate training is in process. While crews are training, the public are asked to please remain out of the immediate training area. However, the public is welcome to observe from a safe distance.
