Town of Ponoka lights up with pride

The Town of Ponoka will once again celebrate Pride Month by projecting pride colours onto the outside of the Ponoka Civic Centre from sunset until sunrise for the month of June, beginning on Monday, June 3.

“Projecting the pride colours onto the outside of the Ponoka Civic Centre is an act of celebrating Ponoka’s diversity,” says Mayor Kevin Ferguson.

The only exception is June 7-9, when the green lights will be projected instead in support of the Wolf Creek Boys and Girls Club (BGC) in Ponoka, and BGC Club Day.
