Who can be nominated?

• Must live or go to school in Sylvan Lake, OR
• Live within 15 kms of Sylvan Lake and have gone to school in Sylvan Lake
• Must fall within the age range by the nomination deadline
• Winners may only receive a Youth Spark Award once in their lifetime
• Nominators must be from outside the child’s immediate family
