City seeking public feedback on customer service experience
Officials with the City of Red Deer are asking you to help them serve you better by completing a customer service survey, where The City is seeking public feedback on resident’s experiences interacting with City staff.
Earlier this year, The City says it began working on a customer service strategy which aims to inform The City’s future approach to serving the community. An important next step is hearing from the community on what works, what doesn’t, as well as ideas for The City’s approach moving forward, say officials.
Resident feedback is expected to help inform how The City delivers and enhances customer service in the future.
