Food service opportunity available for lease in the G.H. Dawe Community Centre

The City of Red Deer has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) to lease available food service space in the G.H. Dawe Community Centre.

The recreation facility (#200, 56 Holt St.) is built on 13 hectares of land shared with the G.H. Dawe School, St. Patrick’s Community School and Red Deer Public Library.

Although currently operating, the newly renovated areas are scheduled to open in full capacity during the spring of 2023, according to city officials.

In addition to existing amenities, such as a water park and large gymnasium, the centre is anticipated to expand its offerings to include two NHL standard ice surfaces, an expanded fitness area, including track and fitness studios, an outdoor spray park and a pool deck party room.
