Red Deer Public Schools announces 2022 Edwin Parr Award nominee
Red Deer Public Schools (RDPSD) has announces its nominee for the 2022 Edwin Parr Award.
The award is presented by the Alberta School Boards Association each year to six outstanding first-year teachers in the province.
This year’s nominee from RDPSD is Tosha Sim, who teaches at Aspen Heights Elementary.
“Red Deer Public has fantastic teachers from our first years to our veterans, allowing students to benefit from this wealth and depth of knowledge,” said Rob Moltzahn, associate superintendent for human resources. “Tosha is clearly passionate about teaching. Her interaction and connection with students was remarkable to see. Tosha took care of the needs of all students in her class without missing a beat.”
