Rebels Regular Season schedule update

The Western Hockey League has announced new dates for four 2021-22 Regular Season games involving the Red Deer Rebels.

The new dates are as follows:

Friday, April 8 – Lethbridge at Red Deer, 7 p.m. at Peavey Mart Centrium (game originally scheduled for Jan. 8)

Saturday, April 9 – Red Deer at Edmonton, 2 p.m. at Rogers Place (original date – Feb. 15)

Wednesday, April 13 – Red Deer at Calgary, 7 p.m. at Scotiabank Saddledome (original date – March 24)

Saturday, April 16 – Edmonton at Red Deer, 7 p.m. at Peavey Mart Centrium (original date – Jan. 7)

All tickets for the original dates for these games remain valid for the rescheduled dates. Anyone with questions regarding tickets can call Shaun Richer at 403-341-6000. Tickets for all Rebels games are available through Tickets Alberta (ticketsalberta.com).

The up-to-date 2021-22 WHL Regular Season schedule can be found in its entirety at the league website. The 2021-22 WHL Regular Season is now scheduled to conclude on Sunday, April 17. Should tie-breaker game(s) be needed, it will be scheduled for Tuesday, April 19.

The 2022 WHL Playoffs will feature the reintroduction of the Conference Playoff format, including three best-of-seven rounds followed by a best-of-seven WHL Championship Series. The 2022 WHL Championship is scheduled from Friday, June 3 through Tuesday, June 14.

Following the 2022 WHL Championship Series, the 2022 Memorial Cup presented by Kia will be contested from Monday, June 20 through Wednesday, June 29 in Saint John, N.B.
