Federal election candidates finalized for local ridings

Candidate nominations for the 2021 federal election have closed.

There are 2,010 candidates running across Canada’s 338 electoral districts, according to Elections Canada.

Locally, the candidates are as follows:

RED DEER–MOUNTAIN VIEW (7 candidates)

  • ADEWUMI, Olumide (Liberal)
  • DREESHEN, Earl (Conservative)
  • GRABOWSKI, Marie (NDP-New Democratic Party)
  • LORENCZ, Kelly (People’s Party – PPC)
  • PILON, Jared (Libertarian)
  • WILCOX, Mark (Maverick Party)
  • WILLINGTON, Clayten (Independent)

RED DEER–LACOMBE (7 candidates)

  • BARNES, Joan
  • CALKINS, Blaine (Conservative)
  • HEYDEN-KAYE, Tanya (NDP-New Democratic Party)
  • JOUJAN, Harry (Maverick Party)
  • LIM, Megan (People’s Party – PPC)
  • ONDIEKI, David (Liberal)
  • WATSON, Matthew (Libertarian)
