Road closure at 47 Street next week

Red Deer drivers are advised of a road closure at 47 Street and 51 Avenue next week as crews complete catch basin and manhole replacements.

Starting at 7:00 a.m. on Monday, July 5, 47 Street west of 51 Avenue and three lanes of 51 Avenue south of 47 Street will be closed.

The road will reopen at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 8.

Pedestrians and drivers are reminded to slow down in construction areas and obey all signs.
