Man killed in Thorsby rollover

A 23-year-old man died a single-vehicle rollover Saturday night near Thorsby.

An RCMP release says the crash happened at about 9:45 p.m.

A pickup truck headed eastbound on Highway 39 was approaching a curve in the road just south of the Highway 778 intersection when it entered the ditch, rolling multiple times.

The driver was ejected from the truck and succumbed to his injuries at the scene.

Three passengers suffered non-life threatening injuries and were transported to an Edmonton area hospital.
