Kindness in Bloom: A feel good program for seniors
RED DEER- Staff at the Red Deer Public Library are asking people to donate their children’s flower-themed artwork for hanging on walls and window of local seniors lodges to help brighten the days of seniors in isolation.
The works of art can be dropped off at bins that are outside the lodges, and staff will retrieve them to be displayed for the residents to enjoy.
Families can check the Red Deer Public Library’s social media pages for pictures of the art on display in the homes.
