Red Deer’s Curtis Labelle performing free concert to ease stress of COVID-19

A Red Deer musician is hoping to help bring people healing during what is proving to be a trying time for everyone.

Curtis Labelle, or CULA, will be live streaming a free concert on his official YouTube channel this Saturday, March 21.

“The world is not healthy during this time of fear with the COVID-19 virus moving at an alarming rate. The world is shutting down. Festivals, concerts, ceremonies, sports and government are taking proper measures for public healthy and safety,” Labelle says.

“It is now that we must be even stronger and more defiant to tackle this nasty moment in history.”

The concert starts at 7 p.m. MT.
