Cocaine seized, woman arrested in Rocky Mountain House
A 25-year-old woman faces charges after being arrested by Rocky Mountain House RCMP for drug trafficking.
At about 2:15 p.m. on Tuesday, while conducting patrols, the Rocky Mountain House Crime Reduction Unit (CRU) observed a vehicle being driven by a female who was wanted on a warrant.
Police initiated a traffic stop and the vehicle, which was not registered and did not have the correct plate on it, pulled into a driveway where the woman was arrested without incident.
Three vacuumed sealed packages believed to be cocaine and money were located in the vehicle.
