Tickets on sale for Red Deer Hospice Society’s Gala: A Night at the Races!

RED DEER- Join the Red Deer Hospice Society as they create A Night at the Races!

The Kentucky Derby inspired gala will provide an immersive and entertaining evening at Exhibition Hall at Westerner Park on Saturday, March 14, 2020.

From live big band entertainment, friendly and unique betting opportunities as well as some surprises along the way, it is shaping up to be an entertaining but also meaningful evening.

“Gala is our largest fundraiser of the year. Residents are not charged a fee to stay at Red Deer Hospice, so we rely on donations and fundraising efforts in order to meet our annual operational budget,” shared Wendi Ronspies, President of the Red Deer Hospice Society Board of Directors.

The Red Deer Hospice recently completed a $5.2 million expansion which increased the existing 10-room facility to 16 private resident rooms.

The expansion allows approximately 100 additional residents and their families to have access to palliative end-of-life care at the hospice each year.

Tickets are now on sale for A Night at the Races at www.reddeerhospice.com or by calling 403-309-4344.

Each ticket is $200 and includes a $100 tax receipt.

Tables of 8 are available for $1600 as well as a limited number of premium tables for $2000.
